Clickbait strategy through DoubleClick: India ranks 2nd in the world when it comes to falling for social media scams. Scamsters are experts in jeopardizing a user online security by way of ‘Click Bait’ ads that run on Display and Social platforms. So, we played this trick on myriad of sites through DoubleClick, For Eg. sites where people download torrents & movies as they are more prone to fall prey. Once the user took the bait, we took them to a customized Bajaj Allianz landing page to warn the users & informed them how easy it is to fall for such traps.
Social Media Strategy against Cyber Stalking: To create Cyber Safety Insurance as a new category, we introduced this awareness video on Facebook & Instagram. As per Norton Security Report, over 62% of Indian teenagers are at a high risk of being cyber-bullied or stalked on social media platforms.
Search Strategy: We were present whenever people looked for category related to cyber security insurance- Cyber Security, Cyber Safety, Cyber Threats, Stalking, Phishing, etc.
Lateral Search Strategy: We targeted who showed interest in purchasing anti-virus products
Email Marketing: In email lies our OTPs, forgotten passwords, etc. So, we reached out to people through Email, basis their designation & who frequently shopped online using a very intriguing subject line – “Do you think you are safe online?”
Thus, a blend of innovative clickbait strategy along with push and pull marketing helped generate awareness and build brand association amongst online users about cyber security insurance by Bajaj Allianz.
