Rupak Ved

Rupak is the Chief Operating Officer of LS. He comes with a vast experience of working across industries like Media, Consumer Durables and Digital Media. He has been a key member in driving major business alliances and amplifying company’s technical capabilities.

MBA in Finance and Marketing, he possess strategic insights and deep knowledge about data and technology. His tremendous success in managing digital business stems from his avid interests in new-happenings in the digital media industry. Rupak has guided the business to the next level of success, infusing the teams with energy and helping them to navigate through strategic challenges in order to chart new paths to growth.

Anshuman Misra

Anshuman has been a crucial part of the LS Digital team since its inception. Being his third stint with the organisation, he now heads the HR department along with managing various other business verticals including e-market, Strategic Partnerships, Quality and Marketing and PR. He understands the pulse of the company and is undertaking different initiatives to make LS Digital the most preferred Digital Agency to work at.

An Alumni of Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune, Anshuman has a combined experience of over 26 years across industries like Textiles, Handicrafts, IT, Banking, Digital and E-Commerce. In his previous roles, he has worked as the COO of Couponraja.in and Compareraja.in, Head of Internet Banking and E-Commerce at ICICI Bank and co-founded one of the world’s first Citizen Journalism powered Online News Portal, Merinews.com in 2005.

Dhayan Kumar

A designer at heart, Dhayan is the creative brain behind our arm, f1studioz, an enterprise user experience firm located across geographies. He is a seasoned enterprise product UX strategist with a drive for creating simplified designs for the industry. His knack for asking the right questions and the appetite for perfection makes him an expert professional and an insightful thought leader.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in architecture and pursuing Masters of Design from IIT Bombay, Dhayan started his career with an MNC as a Usability Engineer. He spent the first decade delivering usability expertise, designing effective and efficient user interfaces for high productive Enterprise and Mobile solutions for various MNCs.

An entrepreneur itch was always present in Dhayan, especially coming from a product mindset. This inspired him to start his journey as the creator of F1studioz. He became an integral part of LS Digital’s Digital Marketing transformation story in 2022 with the merger of the two companies and is successfully driving User Experience for Enterprise grade customers.

As per his team and colleagues, he is a perfectionist whose Passion, agility and organisational skills inspires others thrive for consistency and excellence.

His life revolves around design, football, world cinema, Lego and documentaries.

Girisha Gowda

With a career that began in IT, he journeyed through various facets of the industry—from hands-on development to strategic Operations and Management. His experience is an unique blend of technical expertise and operational acumen, enabling him to transform business requirements into impactful functional and technical solutions that drive operational excellence.

Over the past three decades, he has devoted more than half of his career to the BFSI sector. In this capacity, he has led diverse, cross-functional teams in delivering business analysis solutions across multiple geographies for some of the world’s largest financial institutions. His ability to cover the breadth of technology areas has been instrumental in managing multi-disciplinary projects, consistently delivering on time and within budget.

His extensive experience spans across Program Management (ITSM), Operations, Program & Portfolio Delivery, Vendor Management, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting with stringent Budgetary Control. Over the past 32 years, he has navigated various roles, each contributing to his holistic understanding of enterprise operations.

At LS Digital, he is committed to building the future of customer engagement and enterprise solutions by leveraging the power of Next Web (Web 3.0) and AI. His focus is on creating an ecosystem where innovation thrives, ensuring that our clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Maanesh Vasudeo

Maanesh is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in client solutions and digital marketing for over 100 brands. He follows a solution-driven approach and has a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem across various platforms and industries. He is a passionate learner and is always enthusiastic about exploring and learning new things.

Throughout his career, Maanesh has worked on managing and providing solutions for brands in diverse sectors such as media planning, strategy development, client servicing, managing e-commerce operations, developing and managing loyalty programs, managing events, and business growth strategy. He has worked with prominent brands such as Adidas, Hotstar, MMT, ICICI Bank, and many more.

Maanesh's wealth of experience and knowledge of the dynamic digital industry has been instrumental in driving the company's aggressive growth since he joined. He has held several key leadership roles and has learned to build processes, manage teams, plan for business success, take P & L responsibility, set up training & development programs for operational teams, and review systems and success metrics.

Manesh Swamy

Manesh comes with over two decades of experience of managing reputed brands across sectors and brings with him a strong digital orientation. He has helped teams to design award- winning creative campaigns for various brands and has been instrumental in creating innovative brand experiences.

Manesh has spearheaded successful campaigns for brands including HDFC Life, Mankind Pharma, Tata Motors Finance & many more.

Before joining LS Digital, Manesh has worked with Hungama Digital Services for 15 years where he played a significant role in leading the team to win more than 100 metal at national as well as international awards.

He has been a part of the Jury for prestigious awards like Youtube works awards, Digixx, Goafest-Abbys, AdFest Pattaya, and has been featured under Social Samosa’s #40under40 2019 Titan list.

Santosh Shukla

Santosh is the technical mind behind f1Studioz, an enterprise user experience firm. With a background in AI/ML and over 17 years in the IT industry, he is a thought leader in product management and UX solutions. Starting his career as a test engineer, Santosh later became an entrepreneur with the creation of f1Studioz.

He joined LS Digital’s Digital Marketing transformation journey in 2022 and now leads the UX function for the group, aiding in the evangelization of the company's vision with global enterprises. Colleagues describe him as a people-first, go-to leader with a strategic bent who promotes a highly healthy and productive culture within the company.

Santosh believes that culture starts at the top and strives to be the best ambassador of the culture.

Shantanu Bhattacharyya

Shantanu comes with over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing. His expertise in product management and entrepreneurship gives him an edge in the field of digital marketing.

His journey with LS Digital began in 2019 as he took up the mantle for developing the digital marketing strategies and media plans for brands. Currently, he leads a multi-faceted team driving pre-sales strategy, building the overall brand strategy and catalysing digital marketing success for brands across sectors. He has worked with brands like Enphase, Hometown, Organic India, etc. and has helped them accelerate their digital journey.

Before joining LS Digital, Shantanu has worked across varied functions including product management, business development, entrepreneurship development, developing technical and business modules, etc.

He also co-founded two start-ups and for one of his entrepreneurial stints, he has been awarded with The National Innovation for Skills Challenge Award 2014.

Tejas Thakkar

Tejas is an SEO wiz and has been working in the SEO space for over a decade. He has helped businesses grow their virtual presence as well as visibility while building their brand’s authority.

He started his SEO journey in 2009 by working on some UK websites and there has been no looking back since then. For him, SEO is a huge ocean (SEOcean, as he says) where one takes a plunge everyday, figures out newer, undiscovered ideas and implements them for enhancing the performance of a business.

Tejas has worked with 200+ Indian brands across sectors right from ecommerce to sports to finance and so on. Some of the notable brands he has worked with include ICICI Bank, HDFC Life Insurance, Money Control, Aditya Birla Capital, and many more.

Vinay Tamboli

Vinay joined LS Digital in 2017 to lead the diverse business functions of the company, driving innovation and enabling teams to achieve their targets through strategic advice and implementation of processes.

He has 25+ years of experience in domestic and international markets, working across different segments such as sales, marketing, product management, project management, developer evangelism, and strategic alliances.

Vinay has worked with startups to Fortune 50 MNCs like Microsoft and IBM, and he holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance. He has also been associated with NASSCOM, CII, and Science and Technology Park, among other industry councils. With a successful career spanning several leadership roles, Vinay has won many accolades and is recognized as an expert in the industry.

Anand Bhadkamkar

Anand Bhadkamkar is an accomplished leader with over 26 years of experience in the media, advertising, and communications industry. With a background in auditing and financial management, Anand has served in various capacities, including CEO, CFO, and COO, achieving rapid and profitable growth through acquisitions, integration, and team development. Anand was the CEO of Dentsu India, where he oversaw business transformation and consolidation, growing the network from 64 employees to over 3500 employees in 9 cities. One of his key strengths is his ability to work at intersection of data, technology, and creativity – an imperative for brands of today to be effective and reach audiences who are no more static.

In his erstwhile role as the COO of Langoor Digital (an LS Digital Group Company), Saurabh has worked with large enterprises like Lenovo Infrastructure Services Group, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Epson, Wipro, and many novel SME enterprises. His role has been key in helping brands with their Digital Marketing Transformation journeys with focus on areas such as Brand uplift, GTM strategy and execution, Demand Generation for products and services, Web and Next Web Experiences, Creative Campaigns, and using AI insights engines and models to elevate efficiency and success.
