Here’s a look at last week’s results where we asked users about following their favourite brands.
The results are very interesting.
- As evident from the above chart, a majority of the respondents (57%) said that they follow the social media pages of their favourite brands. 29% of the respondents said that they follow a few brands and 14% of them don’t follow the brands on social media.
- Brands can publish engaging content on their social media pages, which can attract more users. This approach can also help brands address the concerns and inquiries of their consumers.
- Considering the interest of consumers towards the brand, marketers/brands have an opportunity to build informative, creative, humours or other types of content, which will provide necessary information to their audience while promoting the products and services they offer. This approach will drive sales and build brand personas and trust among the users.
