The streaming will bring hundreds of hours of premium video content on Twitter. The announcement included new and original live programming, live games and events, extension of live deals, live syndications and news, which will stream content on the platform.
At the conference, Twitter said that typically users come on the platform to see and talk about the latest happenings around the world. The spokesperson further added, Twitter after launching the live videos have delivered over 800 hours of live streaming premium video content across 450 events, attracting 45 million unique viewers.
